Our terms & conditions.
We can ONLY deliver within the UK.
All items are sold with a 12 month warranty and faulty parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge except:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect or not following the manufacturers operating notes. Heating elements, soldering tips, lamps and any consumerable parts such as tip wiping sponges.
If not completely satisfied with your item, within 7 days you may return it to us under the Distance Selling Regulations Act (2000). Refunds will only be accepted if the item has a fault. All packaging, along with delivery notes, must be kept and returned intact with the item. Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired/replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. In this event, the customer should pay for returning the item to us initially. Upon testing, if the item is found to be faulty on arrival, we will refund Royal Mail 2nd Class postage costs. We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any item after the 30 day period. Any perfect item can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs being incurred by the buyer, provided it is returned unopened and/or unused and with the original packaging and paperwork intact.
All items, warranty claims or items for repair to be sent back packaged securely in such a way as to not risk further damage. Repaired / replaced warranty items will be returned FOC.
SAP Ltd will endeavor to deliver items as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred due to circumstances beyond their control, i.e. failure of courier or postal services etc......
Full payment for all goods must be received prior to despatch.
Goods paid by credit card will only be delivered to the registered card holders address, alternative address arrangements may be possible upon further information being supplied to SAP Ltd for verification purposes.
A minimum order charge, including carraige, of £13.00 applies to all orders received.
