DESPATCH
CANVASES WILL BE DELIVERED 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS FROM FUNDS CLEARING
DELIVERIES
All deliveries are by courier and are on weekdays only between 9am and 5pm. If you would like a canvas delivering to your workplace please specify a different delivery address from that of your card / paypal account.
Canvases are packaged in heavy duty bubble wrap and then in double walled cardboard boxes for protection. Canvases are only dispatched in perfect order.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CANVAS HAS ARRIVED UNDAMAGED BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR DELIVERY. WE CAN ONLY PROCESS A REPLACEMENT CANVAS WHEN THE ORIGINAL HAS BEEN REPORTED AS DAMAGED TO THE COURIER COMPANY.
RETURNS
'Your Image On Canvas' artwork is not valid for return at it is made-to-order, unless of course it has arrived damaged. Damaged canvases will be replaced.
If you are unhappy with your 'gallery' canvas, or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to give you a full refund (minus an administration charge of £15 to cover postage, packaging and order processing). This applies for 7 days from delivery date only. Damaged canvases will be replaced at our cost on receipt of original damaged item.
CANVASES CANNOT BE RETURNED BEYOND 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
If you would like to return a canvas please ensure it is re-packaged its original packaging and packed to it arrived in good order. Please contact us via email on delivery@arthouseproductions.co.uk for a RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER before you send it back to us.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU SEND YOUR CANVAS VIA A SECURE METHOD OF POST. IE COURIER OR SIGNED DELIVERY. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNED ARTWORK THAT HAS NOT ARRIVED AT OUR ADDRESS.
