Having the foresight to know that MX would at some point pull instant remortgages, he has for some time been looking into a viable alternative which he has now found and had checked by experienced property accountants and legal advisors to check that it works and meets the lenders criteria.
This is an extremely flexible system which allows ANY lender to be used (providing of course that your deal fits the lending criteria with regard to rental coverage, etc).
