From the late 1980s into the early 1990s, the I10 coaches were the backbone of many international and major internal expresses run by the SNCB, but they did not manufacture any catering vehicles within the I10 bodyshell. This resulted in the use of Type I2 Buffet car in Eurofima livery being used in the train. These vehicles often getting to Cologne and Dortmund on through trains from Ostend.
This set comprises of 3 coaches - two Type I10 seconds and an I2 buffet 1st. All the coaches wear the orange Eurofima livery with light grey lining below the windows.
The models contain a wealth of moulded detail on both the chassis and the body, as well as having full interior detailing. NEM coupling pockets are also fitted as standard
