The terms and conditions below shall apply to all transactions with CRW Airsoft.
We ONLY SELL Airsoft guns (AEG, gas pistol, spring power rifle etc.) who is above 18 years old.
1. Prices All prices are exclusive any VAT. Buyer may have to pay for import tax when they receive items. The charges are vary in different country.
2. Delivery CRW Airsoft will ship orders after the payment is cleared. After that we will send the items within the three following business days. The delivery time will be varied from 2-3 weeks.
3. Warranty
Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge for a period of 2 weeks from the item received date.
All airsoft gun which is made in China will be tested before sending out. We will test the gun to ensure that it does work properly (the qualified one in the test means it is able to use up one whole magazine). However, we do not guarantee the quality of the outer surface of the airsoft gun. The quality of finishing is imperfect and may have slight flaws. NO returns or exchanges will be given on any sent out items. We only exchange or repair new products with manufacturing defects.
New products that have been exposed to user-related faults will not be exchanged. Examples of user-related faults: - The equipment has been dropped etc. - The magazine has not been correctly inserted or removed. - Using low quality BB or non-BB which lead to jam the gun and damage the gear box or parts
CRW Airsoft reserves the right to assess whether a complaint is covered by the warranty.
* Exchange/repair is conditional on the following:
- The product appears as new. - The product must be returned in original packaging to the extent possible. - No attempts must have been made to disassemble or open the product. - Movable parts and wearing parts such as springs and seals are not covered by the warranty.
4. Return policy In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from us is faulty then please contact us immediately and a replacement product or a repaired product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. ***** We DO NOT excahnge AEG if the power is lower or higher than it's stated in our web.*******
Return policy only apply on AEG. No BDU, vest and other accessories can be returned.
Products may only be returned subject to prior agreement, and the right of return only applies if the products are returned in undamaged original packaging. The right of return applies for 7 days from the received date. Upon return within 7 days from the received date, the product will be credited in full. Any products returned later than 7 days from the received date will not be accepted as returned products.
For any products returned, the invoice number and the name of the sales consultant with whom the agreement was concluded must be stated. If this information is not enclosed with the returned products, CRW Airsoft reserves the right to return the shipment without further notice.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS YOURSELF, AS DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY. No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse.
AIRSOFT PRODUCTS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH I AGREE I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALSO WILL CAREFULLY READ THE WARNINGS ON THE BOX WHEN ITEM RECEIVED I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR USING AIRSOFT PRODUCTS LEGALLY AND RESPONSIBLY. BY PLACING THE ORDER I HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXCLUDING THE SELLER FROM ANY LIABILITY OR LEGAL ACTIONS FOR WHAT YOU DO WITH YOUR PURCHASE
