Unlike Standard Banana Bars, Belly Bars are designed to be glitzy and decorative, often with a distinctive design intended to make a fashion statement.  Quite often they appeal to women who have a different taste in fashion than those who prefer traditional body jewellery.

But do remember: belly bars are sold by us for around £3.99. You do get a lot for your money, but they are intended to be a piece of fun fashion jewellery and are not intended to last a lifetime!

Many Belly Bar designs are quite decorative and potentially fragile.  So please handle correctly, and please do not wear beneath innapropriate clothing, or even during innapropriate activities, such as sports or work.

Due to the nature of certain designs, many Belly Bars are likely to snag on innapropriate clothing which can cause them to become damaged or to snap, or may even cause injury or tear to the piercing site.  Belt buckles can often be the culprit!

Therefore, care should be taken as to the type of clothing worn over or next to them.

For sports, work or other non-social activities it should be strongly recommended that a plain or 'keeper' belly bar be worn.
