PAYMENT
Payment is due before an order can be processed
DELIVERY
From receipt of order goods will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks.As the product is hand made and hand stitched these times may alter. Customers will be notified by email if delivery is to be longer than 6 weeks.
ORDERING
To order please fill in all sections of the ORDER FORM to ensure you receive the correct colour and length of product. Ordering is ON LINE only.
CARD SECURITY
Our site uses Protx to process transactions. Your card details are never held in clear text on any website and are only decrypted on the Protx secure server.
RETURNS
Faulty goods must be reported by email within 3 working days. Other complaints relating to the product should be reported by email within 5 days.Postage is not refundable on returns.
