Debit & Credit Cards Accepted 

We accept the following major debit & Credit Cards as payment.

Cheques & Postal Orders

Payment can be made using cheques and Post Office Postal Orders. Please post your cheque or Postal Order to M.K.Models, 13a Upper Bond Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8HE. Remember to enclose your cheque guarantee card number along with your cheque. Make all cheques and Postal Orders payable to M.K.Models.

As soon as your cheque has been cleared (usually 4-5 working days) your goods will be dispatched.

With Postal Orders, dispatch will be quicker.

Please note that we do accept PayPal e-cheques, but these usually take about 10 days to clear and are not recommended.

No goods will be dispatched until the process has been completed and we have been notified by PayPal.

Over the telephone

We accept payment using all major debit and credit cards over the telephone. Please call 01305 768845 and speak to Matt, who will ask for the following information from you, which is now required when processing orders in this way: 

• Credit/Debit card number
• Expiry date and in some cases ‘valid from’ date
• Security code (last three digits on the rear of the card)
• An issue number (Switch cards only)
• House number (where the bill goes)
• Post Code (where the bill goes)

Paying for your goods over the telephone in this way enables you to view items on-line first, then speak to someone in person.

Dispatch 

Goods will be dispatched from Weymouth as soon as possible, once all payments have been cleared and received using a variety of different methods including Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class post, registered 1st & 2nd class small packets, standard parcels, Local couriers and small packets to Europe via airmail.

All purchases made before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Purchases made on a Saturday after 3pm and all day Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning or Tuesday morning in the event of a bank holiday.
