Technical support for BackupGenius is free of charge for the fist 15 minutes, thereafter a charge of £40 per hour is chargeable.
You should be able to find answers by using the User manual which can be found on the Help tab - more help button on the BackupGenius.
Should you require further support please pay for the first hour of support here and should the issue be resolved within the 15 minute free period we will arrange for a refund.
