TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES
All customers agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of Sales.

For All Refurbished Sale Items:
All refurbished product has been fully soak tested prior to selling, all items are fully tamper sealed as part of our comprehensive warranty care.
All items are clearly displayed for sale with induvidual warranty period stated and on a return to base warranty. (Extended warranty is available) Should in the unlikely event you require this service you will be expected to return the item in the original packaging we supplied it to you in.

The BUYER will be liable for the cost of returning the item no matter what the cause of return and for the subsequent cost of having the item returned to him/her if it is found the item has been tampered with in any way.

We do not cover and can charge for Software faults, the item cannot be returned if operating system fails or fails due to any other software issue.
We only guarantee against hardware failure where the item has not been miss-used or tampered with. Should tamper seals be missing or part removed we reserve the right to void your warranty.

Goods Returned under warranty will be:
1st - Repaired and Returned.
2nd - Replaced with identical item or equivalent item of the same value.
If neither of these two options are available we will finally issue a refund.

Please Note:
We only accept returns for faulty goods relating to hardware problem.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

We also offer extended warranty service as follows:
6 MONTHS
6 Month Return to shop Warranty £55.00 – This will cover you for all hardware faults, not software. This is via a return to shop service, if a genuine fault has occurred that we can no longer repair then we will either exchange on a like for like basis or offer a full credit if this is not possible. If you wish to purchase this service please contact us.

Please note warranty packages are non refundable.

12 MONTHS
12 Month Return to shop warranty £85.00 - This will cover you for all hardware faults, not software. This is via a return to shop service, if a genuine fault has occurred that we can no longer repair then we will either exchange for a like for like basis or offer a full credit if this is not possible.

Please Note:
Battery life is not guaranteed.
The returns policy is invalid if you have any complaints about the battery.
(A battery is a consumable item and can be replaced at the customer’s expense)

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PC/LAPTOP REPAIR
All customers agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of service/repair.

Our Procedures.
Sometimes we may be able to diagnose the fault on the telephone and give you a rough estimate, until we have looked at your pc/laptop and confirmed the problem, we will not be able to quote accurately, Therefore in most cases we will ask for the pc/laptop to be bought to our Repair Workshop.
Please ensure your machine is well packaged and don’t forget to bring the power lead.
This will enable us to proceed swiftly.

If you decide not to go ahead with the repair once we have estimated the cost; or we are unable to repair the pc/laptop or for economical reasons you decide not to proceed with the repair; we will charge a handling and inspection fee for your pc/laptop currently set at £10.00, this is non refundable.

The information given by the customer regarding the faults with the pc/laptop is for our reference only and it is our own engineer’s report that will form the basis of the fault diagnosis.

Repair Time Scales.
Most of the repairs we carry out are done the same day (where possible) and we aim to return the machine as quickly as possible to our customers. Providing we have parts in stock most machines are repaired within two working days. Where we need to order parts depending on the make and model of the pc/laptop, parts usually are with us the next working day. In this case you will need to allow an extra day or two. Some repairs may take us longer because the parts are not available quickly, or that the machine has multiple faults. If this happens we will try and keep you advised and updated, but please feel free to give us a call or email to check progress.

What about Software?
We can reinstall your operating system and drivers for you. We would usually do this after a new hard drive has been fitted. We will not normally install other software, and we will require you to supply us with evidence that you hold an appropriate license. We can transfer data from your hard drive to CD’s or put it on a replacement drive, this service is currently set at £45.00.

What about Warranty?
All repair work carried out is fully guaranteed with a 30 day warranty for parts and labour.
DC Socket connector replacement carries a 3 month warranty. The warranty will be void if the fault is of a different or is unrelated to the original failure, or it has been modified or improperly handled.

PC/Laptops returned out of warranty will be charged at our advertised rates.

There is no warranty for some parts that are replaced. In these situations you will be advised.

Repair Terms and Conditions.
When you bring your pc/laptop to us for repair you are indicating that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, so please read them!

If the cost of a repair does not exceed our Minimum Repair Charge then you agree for us to go ahead with the repairs and that you will pay this charge before the machine is released.
If the cost exceeds the Minimum Repair Charge then we will provide you with an estimate for repair. If you decide not to accept this estimate then we will make a handling and inspection fee to cover labour costs, currently set to £10.00, if you decide not to pay this charge we will dispose of the pc/laptop to cover our costs.

You are also agreeing to pay for any work we have carried out on your behalf, whether you have instructed us verbally, by phone, by fax, by email, in writing or via any other medium or via a third party. We will not charge you more than the Minimum repair charge without your agreement.
All prices quoted include VAT @ 17.5%.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that payment is made prior to the return of the pc/laptop. We will not release equipment until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to dispose of any machines left at our premises after three months where payment has not been made to minimize our costs.
These Terms and Condition apply regardless of whether a signed Repair Authorization Form is submitted with the pc/laptop.

Privacy Agreement.
When you request a repair with us, we will need to collect some of your personal details, and it is important that you supply us with all the details we request. We assure you that we will treat all your personal details, which includes, email, your address, telephone numbers etc with confidence. We will not disclose your details to any third party or otherwise use them, except in connection with processing and updating you on the repair job, and to occasionally send you news of our special offers and money off vouchers.

Our Responsibilities.
We will not take responsibility for a manufacturer’s original warranty on any machine that has been sent to us for repair.
We will not take responsibility for equipment that is of an unstable nature, more than 3 years old which might deteriorate during the repair.
We will take no responsibility for the parts that have been fitted potentially damaging the machine again; although all reasonable care will be taken when the repair is carried out.
We will take no responsibility after your pc/laptop has been returned to you UN-Repaired.
The customer must check the machine when it is returned either repaired or UN repaired; we will not take any responsibility after that. (It has been our experience to find that some customers may have taken their pc/laptop to another repair centre or have tried to repair the machine themselves, we are not responsible for these actions).
We will accept no responsibility for any loss of data during the repair procedure.

And finally ....make sure you back up your data - we cannot accept any responsibility for data loss during the repair of your pc/laptop.
