Antifoul.Antifoul.
The most likely reason an antifouling system might under-perform, is that the boat-owner applies it too thinly or skips a coat so that the active ingredient is exhausted early. Clearly to make sure you have the right amount of paint, it is important to be able to assess the underwater area of a hull. Preferably you want to do so in square metres as that’s how most paints are quoted these days. The formula for doing so is waterline length x (beam + draught) x 0.85 for motor boats, x 0.80 for long keeled yachts and 0.75 for fin keeled yachts. Our Antifoulings have a coverage of around 10sqm per litre.
What people say about Premier Marine Paints.
"I have now completed the work on my cruiser and can say that I found your product to be as good if not better than others I have used costing two or three times as much. Many other boaters asked me about the product and I was happy to pass on your details so hopefully "word of mouth" will get you more ordersPlease fill free to use this recommendation as you see fit." (Ian Clark)
"May I say how pleased I was with the eventual application of the paint! I followed your helpful advice and found it very easy to apply." (John Massey)
