The -Original- Stovetop Smoker now has a little brother. This Mini Smoker works exactly like the Original larger one, but is half the size. At 7 x 11 inches it is great for cooking for two, or for the smaller things you want to infuse with the smoky flavor. Divine for ribs - put a dry rub of salt, pepper, ground ginger, paprkia, & cayenne pepper on both sides. Place on the rack - smoke for 90 minutes on medium using hickory wood chips. Then remove lid, pour over a little BBQ sauceand put in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 uncovered- what a treat!!!
