Following close on the heels of Two of a Kind comes the second of Nigels traditional images for this year, and, like Two of a Kind, it is taken from a commissioned portrait.

As he has pointed out on many occasions, it is typical for him to publish a portrait of someone’s dogs. To have produced two on the trot is exceptionally unusual. However, both images struck Nigel as pleasing in terms of their general appeal
